Any good advice on these settings? i5 4690K

Hi people. I just got the NH-D14 CPU cooler and these are the results of an brief stress test:

Still, when I do the "rank" thing within the Intel app, it says the results are mediocre compared to other users. What should I do differently?

And now for a real noob question: Where exactly in the bios do I change the multiply-settings? I've got an ASUS Z97-P and seriously: It's the most confusing interface ever.

What is the CPU temp in idle state?

Those arnt bad rankings/scores, in the bios go into advanced mode f7 and then go to ai tweaker and then scroll down

Yeah, I went there but even when I set the "core" to manual, there doesn't appear any fields with multiply values. Anywhere in particular? But I'd better take another look.

Yeah sorry about that im trying to figure out your bios via youtube videos, it looks like you might be able to access it if you go to the favorites tab and then click on ai tweaker and then mess with some of the settings in there

Bear in mind, if the rankings aren't filtered it may be in a list full of people using water cooling, maybe even some with custom loops. Those are going to be at the high end.

57c at 4.5 GHz is a good result for a 4690k on air. be happy, and enjoy it.
