Any good am3+ motherboards?

I was looking at MSI's 970A-g43. Some of the reviews are good, the ones withy the thumbs up. But some of the more recent ones are bad. They say that when they got it, it was dead. I know this is always a chance, but it keeps on scaring me away from motherboards.

DOAs happen. Everywhere. For anything. Don't let a worry about DOA stop you. If it happens just return and get another.

any as u read on review ...
some are good , some are bad...
but its kind of luck that u get defective profuct but that not a reason to worry.
MSI will replace it and give u a new motherboard.
