Any good CO-OP games?

Me and my friend are looking for good CO-OP games. Either free or cheap, around $20 maybe.
Shooters, adventure, anything..

Please give us some suggestions

Mass Effect 3 and Borderlands 2 are my favorite CO-OP games.

There are quite a few free-to-play MMORPG's. Guildwars 2, Star Wars: The Old Republic, Neverwinter (reviewed justoday o) here: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/neverwinter-performance-benchmark,3495.html ). They all work well if you wish to play cooperatively with someone.

Tera isn't bad either for a free mmo. Star Wars: The Old Republic has too many restrictions for their free model for me to deem it enjoyable. I played Tera for about a month but it also got to the point where I was going to need to buy extra bank tabs and things like that for me to keep playing effectively. I'm actually downloading Neverwinter right now to try. It's a free mmo and in open beta at the moment.

Saga of Ryzom has both cooperative and PvP player base ..... has a more mature player base with average age above 30.

Portal 2 co-op is fun and so is Borderlands 2

Borderlands series, Left 4 Dead 2, Portal 2 are pretty good Co-Op games.
Dead Rising 2 is also a fairly good game to play Co-Op.

MMO's are bad recommendations when someone asks for co-op games.

I'll throw another vote in for Portal 2. One of the best co-op games I've ever played. The shit that can happen...the lulz...
