Solution
Hi Mohamed,
Most after market cpu coolers have screws. Don't worry, that doesnt mean it's harder to install. It's rather easy. I personally recommend a C7 cryorig cooler if you want something low profile for a mini-itx case or a H7 cryorig cooler. Both are really easy to install if you watch the installation videos (trust me, they're super easy).

But to answer your question, yes there's one. ARCTIC Freezer 11 LP CPU Cooler for Intel, Support Multiple Sockets, HTPC Ready (link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186060&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC-_-pla-_-CPU+Cooling-_-N82E16835186060&gclid=CLHZ9t_cgs4CFQEdaQodtIoMFw&gclsrc=aw.ds )

Why do you insist on the push pins? Personally, I prefer to avoid them, since I don't trust them as reliable, even if they're easier to install than many of the backplate-based coolers. However, if it's really that important to you, you could consider the Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO: http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cpu-air-cooler/hyper-tx3-evo/

good find, bro. i was just lazy and quickly googled the 1st result item.

push pins have two advantages. it's easy for novices, and there's a convenience for those who have no motherboard back entry without unmounting the whole motherboard-to-case.
