Any good cpu for a hp pavilion slimline s5-1414? I wanna upgrade this pc, is there any good cpu options? I might upgrade ram in future.

If you click on the Processor Upgrade information tab, you'll see your options for CPU's to upgrade too. In 2022, none of them are actually relevant. I know because I've tried getting a friend up and running for work on a budget. Windows 10 was horrible to work with on the 2nd gen, in spite of having a 16GB ram kit on it.

would the Ivy Bridge Core i7-3770 be compatible and good?

The processor would be compatible but it's moot to invest in/on that build, not in 2022.

would the Ivy Bridge Core i7-3770 be compatible and good?

I'm still using a 2600k as a backup pc. A 3770 is similar in strength to a 2600k.

if you pair the 3770 with at least 8GB ram, and a GPU like a 1050ti. You should be able to play some ps4 level games at 720p or 1080p, depends on the game.

and if you're low budget. A GT 1030 GDDR5 should be good too. Although you would have to settle for 720p with most games if this is the gpu you would choose.

Don't run unneeded background stuff.
