Haven't played LotF, but Bio Inf was a game that had LOTS of people complain of stutter, and it mainly stuttered at certain asset loading point's. It can be common with UE3 games.
2015 games:
Dying Light is pretty good and may run fairly well on your rig, but I used file edits to disable blur, aberration, etc, which makes it look cleaner and run smoother.
Wolfenstein: The Old Blood is a pretty good and a lengthy expansion to The New Order and great bang for buck value. It runs well, but is not quite as good a title as TNO.
Project CARS is pretty good and runs well. The graphics are outstanding, esp sunrise/sunset HDR, car and track detail, etc. It's weaknesses are overly aggressive AI for a SIM type game, now and then distant flickering textures, and overstated slipperiness of rainy tracks, which they'll often force on you. it also is limited in content in some ways.
Last year's games:
If you like horror, Alien Isolation plays smooth as butter, and is a pretty good game with decent graphics and atmosphere.
Titanfall if you're into power armor near future combat mp. Runs pretty smooth.
Shadow of Mordor is pretty good and runs fine with the ultra texture pack if you have the GPU power and VRAM. The mouse support feels poorly ported in places though.
Wolfenstein: The New Order is a fantastic game that took me by surprise, and is optimized well. Graphics are of the Id Tech 5 Megatextures variety, so a mixed bag. Actually a bit better than that of Rage though.
Far Cry 4 is a pretty decent game, but can require disabling mip maps with a file edit to avoid slight hitching here and there. I found if I forced 16x AF in my GPU's control panel after disabling mip maps with the edit, the visual difference was noticeably less.
RE 4: Ultimate HD is worth getting if you play with mouse, esp if you never played the original or never tried it with the mouse mod.
CoD: Advanced Warfare brought some respectability back to the series with some pretty decent gameplay and mp. It also runs quite well.
GRID Autosport is well liked by many, but don't try it on keyboard. It requires a wheel or gamepad to get adequate steering that doesn't zap momentum.
Watch Dogs is one of the most controversial games of 2014. I enjoyed it and it ran well with TheWorse's mod, which includes MalDo's Texture mod to smooth out driving FPS. I couldn't help but think back to this game numerous times while playing GTA V, which I feel is highly overrated in both gameplay and performance.
Dating back to 2013:
If you can handle a more watered down version of the series, Tomb Raider 2013 ran pretty well (don't enable TressFX on Nvidia).
AC IV Black Flag was great too, and should run fine on a Titan.
SC Blacklist I thought was really good and is well optimized for the most part. The only prob I had on my 7970 was if you ran into long session times (over 2 hrs) on the Russian Embassy Charlies wave 16-20, it got a bit choppy, but on your rig, that may not be an issue.
Metro Last Light and 2033 Redux are also both very good and well optimized. Even if you've played 2033, they added new gameplay and features, and completely redid the Bio Mass level.
Battlefield 4 is also pretty good and well optimized now. Works better on AMD due to Mantle, but should run fine on a Titan.
if you're into racing games, GRID 2 is not bad, and well optimized. Not as good as GRID 1 though. NFS Rivals is another pretty good 2013 race game, with great graphics and optimization.
There's PayDay 2 if you'e up for some hardcore 4 player shooter coop, but the AI can be inadequate for many in solo play. It's well optimized too. Interesting new AI enhancements over PayDay 1 as well. Enemies can actually body roll under high clearance vehicles and surprise you.
Call of Juarez: Gunslinger is also a great game and often overlooked, and very well optimized.
Dead Space 3 is one of the most underrated games of 2013. It's well optimized, has some great zero G segments, and challenging and spooky dungeons. It also has the best weapon crafting system in the series. The story gets a bit corny in places, but doesn't affect the bulk of the game.
Crysis 3 is pretty good, and while one of the more resource hungry games, should run fine on Nvdia spec, esp a Titan.
If you want to go back as far as 2012:
Max Payne 3 is one of the best games of that year by far IMO, and well optimized.
Mass Effect 3 if you don't mind the somewhat untied ending.
Alan Wake is one of the best games of 2012 too, and very well optimized. I prefer to run it with the mod to disable the heavy blur though.
Sleeping Dogs is also another good 2012 title, and even it's new high res makeover version runs pretty well.
Hitman Absolution is another great 2012 game with decent graphics and optimization.
