Any good GPUS running 720-1080p for AAA games?

Hello, do you know any gpus that can run any AAA game in like 720p 60fps, or 1080p 60fps? im looking to update my current gpu. my specs are: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570 CPU 3.20GHz and 12 gbs of RAM. Im looking for a budget of max 300 if need to 350-400$ thanks

As star7989 said, a GeForce GTX 970 would do great, you could also go for a Radeon R9 290X.
