Any good headphones that come with built in sound cards?

Hello, I'm looking for a good quality 5.1 or 7.1 headset for gaming. I'm going to be plugging these into my laptop but don't have a sound card installed. So far the highest quality headset I've found with a sound card is the Sennheiser PC 333D, but I've heard a lot of complaints about the comfort.

Are there any other alternatives with just as good quality as the 333Ds? My budget is $200.
