Reget buying from ibuypower. Tech support is alright... idk if im buying a prebuilt or just building...
Building is best if you can find a video card.

If you buy a Ibuypower or Cyberpower don't buy a pre-built one off the shelf at Amazon or another department store.

You need to go to their site and pick the parts used so you don't get junk.

Another thing to think about to use their warranty you must ship the PC back to them.

When going on cyberpower hyper check parts, cuz they got some crappy mystery power supplies as default choice

Go through one of the other retail builders like Newegg or NZXT. You pick the parts, they assemble and ship. Newegg offers a Build to Order option, but you can choose to not have it assembled, which means they just ship you everything. Basically gives you access to their available GPUs, and they usually have a few that are 'reasonably' priced. 3080 for $1100 and the like.

There are also the computers like the HP Omen line up. You don't get the best memory and power supplies, or the best coolers for the GPU and CPU, but they use standard parts. So you can upgrade a lot of things cheaper than you can buy a discrete GPU plus a whole build for.
