Any Good Jog/Shuttle Devices for the PC?

I am having a heck of a time trying to get a smooth frame advance on my
video editing programs with my standard Track Ball Mouse.
Does anyone know of a good inexpensive jog shuttle device for the PC to make
Life easier.

The Shuttle Pro 2 works great...
It will work out of the box with many programs and can be customized
to work with other...
