I use this and it's an absolute beauty! It's 1920x1080 and the screen just bursts out at you. However , it's a little pricey though.

For a cheaper range of monitors , I would recommend :
Shimian
Acer
Dell
LG

PS , You mean little response time. If it were high , it'd be harder to play 😉
