Any gotchas this combination?

If anyone knows of any problems with this combination, I'd be pleased to read about them before I spend the time and money.

Graphics; nVidia GeForce FX5200 128 MB RAM, don't need high end sound
Hard drive; Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9 (160 GB) SATA
Optical drive: Samsung DVD/CD-RW or maybe Sony DRU510A
Floppy drive; Sony
Keyboard; Logitech 967224 cordless duo
Mouse; incl. above
Sound card; incl. on mother board, don't need high end sound
Case; No real idea! I want to accomodate the Antec True 480 and I like the idea of the slow quiet 2,000 rpm Antec 120 mm case fan
Power supply; Antec True480 (480 watts)
OS and apps; WXP Pro, or W2K3 server, Virtual server etc all from MSDN
Speakers; none
Monitor; ViewSonic E70f

If I am about to dig myself a technical grave or really waste money, please would someone warn me!

nVidia just released the nForce3 250, which should be a full generation ahead of current A64 boards. You should start seeing nForce3 250 boards in 1-2 weeks, but availability might be a bit tight.

Graphics; nVidia GeForce FX5200 128 MB RAM, don't need high end sound

If you're gonna do any gaming, you'll prolly want a better vid card. I never hear anything good about it. It's too weak to deliver decent graphics/framerates.
