Any GPU suggestions for AMD A8-7600 ?

It's time to upgrade my old budget PC because it can no longer run Resident Evil 2 Remake (and other recent games). I've seen many forums where they say RX 470 and RX 560 as the best GPU for A8-7600 though I'm afraid of bottlenecks. Sorry, I will not be using any Nvidia GPU's for this one. Aiming only for consistent playable framerate on medium settings at 720p.
What do you think is the best option?

AMD A8-7600 with R7 APU
Biostar Hi-Fi A70U3P
Adata 4gb DDR4
700w PSU
1360 x 768 resolution

I live in Philippines.
I'm looking at budget of about $300 to $400 for the GPU.
The local price for RX 570 4GB and RX 560 4gb are $200 and $155 respectively.

Honestly, an RX560 4GB is fine for 720p gaming.
