I am having i3 3210 @320ghz for 8gb ram
I want to know which graphics card will be best to my pc

Well a GTX 1050 2gb would be more suitable to this processor provided you have the right PCI slot and PSU.
However, I wouldn't suggest such an upgrade, as this is a very low-end GPU. Were I you, I would upgrade the CPU first and then buy a new GPU.
