Question Any help on this issue?

So I was wondering if anyone could help me with my PC. I have a caseless PC (basically an all-in-one, where everything is INSIDE the PC) and I wanted to know how to open it. I'm planning on getting a GTX 1050 soon since my graphics card is so bad. Any help is appreciated. Also I have a Lenovo PC.

PC Specs:

Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R5 M435 Series
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400T CPU @ 2.20GHz (speed of 2.8 GHz)
RAM: 16GB
OS: Win10

As in I can't upgrade anything at all? Not even a simple graphics card?
