sinse it dont seem like i can overclock my cpu, any other suggestions that i can do to get more performance out of my computer, maxed out on ram already, any different settings i can do with the memory or anything to speed up processing? any feedback would be appreciated

Yea HP really screwed you with that one you can't upgrade nothing really besides an extra stick of RAM and a faster hard drive.

My suggestion build a new computer if you reuse your RAM you got you could build a nice Phenom II system for around $250. And then add GPU and better PSU when you can.
