Question Any idea what cooler this is and possible budget upgrades

This cpu cooler came prebuilt into my new cyberpower pc GXiVR8480A11
Im getting temps of 95c at max load which worries me.

Does not appear to be an immediate problem due to some lack of wattage, age, etc.. Not sure about quality.

When temperatures reach 95 c is that only when gaming or otherwise doing graphics intensive work?

Any part numbers or other information on the cooler or in the documentation that came with the Cyberpower pc?

That cooler needs to be identified.....

How many fans and how are the fans arranged for intake and exhaust?

If possible, add a couple more photographs showing the case and fans. Someone may spot something astray.
