The best way to run UBM is to reboot....wait a few mins...then run UBM with the browser closed.

As mentioned ram speed....xmp needed.

If the rest of your drivers are as out of date as your bios that area might be worth a look.

What are YOUR expectations?
Ryzen needs fast ram for performance.
Your ram seems to be running at 2400 speed, not the 3200 speed that the ram is capable of.
3600 speed is the sweet spot for ryzen.

FWIW, userbenchmark is considered by some as biased junk science.
