Not really much you can do.

To tight of a bend and it will pull the cable out of the header, and the cable is to thick to slide under the motherboard or anything like that.

Only idea I have is if you can reroute it through the grommet your SSD is using.

Or you could buy a 90 degree angled usb cable it may look a little better
