Any Ideas on Palit Geforce GTX 950 StormX Dual?

I am considering buying a Palit GTX950 StormX Dual over my old MSI 750Ti Gaming. Was going through some forums and saw there is a significant FPS boost.

At first I was thinking on buying an Evga GTX950 SC+ from Amazon (I will not have warranty because I live in Sri Lanka) and then this Palit one showed up on local retailer with 3 year warranty for mere couple of bucks more.

I am asking this because I never heard of this Palit brand before and wanna know whether it is good or not.

Palit is actually a decent brand, along with inno3d and Power Color, these brands are on the cheaper end of the spectrum but they perform similar to high end brands. The only difference are the aesthetics and the cooling
