Any ideas on this?

Hey guys, not sure if ive put this in the right section or not! but since yesterday ive been getting a popup that comes about every couple of hours so far, i've posted a couple of images below:

I'm not sure if this is a virus or not? thus far I've not clicked yes (only clicking no) and i've ran numerous scans with Norton and Malwarebyte and nothing has been found.

Sorry if this is a noob-ish question just want to make sure haha.

In Opera, an other browsers under the settings -websites-Pop UPs


Do not allow any site to show pop-ups (recommended)

It is in the settings somewhere. Don't know every browser but Chrome and Opera and Firefox are basically the same browser. Did it in Explorer as well but don't use explorer anymore. Google it.
