Only happens in Division 2. 1080p, or any res and usually when I go into Settings. Everything still works, just random colors appear. Sometimes it goes away and I can play for a while but I have no idea what is going on and sometimes it just comes back on its own. I'm assuming because it's my weak GTX 1050? I can run Borderlands 2 fine fully maxed at 4k with around 25-30 fps and 100% GPU use but I think the memory usage is only 1700 while Division 2 gets up past 2000 while the GTX 1050 only has 2gb? or could it be PSU or something else?

Well you wont expect a lot of performance from a 1050, plus the division 2 is pretty heavy on graphics and cpu.
Its clearly your gpu is doing that not your PSU obviously, borderlands is not as detailed as the division 2 is.
