Any ideas what to upgrade

Hey,
I considered upgrading my pc for a while now especially because my GPU just died a few weeks ago and I'm currently using a 960 my brother-in-law lent me.

My current pc consists of:

Intel I5 3570K overclocked to about 4.2 GHz
MSI Z77A-G43 Motherboard
16Gb 1633 MHz DDR3 Ram
Gtx 960 Gpu
256 Gb SSD + 1 Tb HDD
550W Psu

My budget would be around $1200-$1500

I thought about upgrading :
Cpu, Board, Watercooling, Case, DDR4 Ram and maybe M.2 Storage
Gpu doesn't need to be upgraded just yet, maybe wait and see how pricey the 2070 will be.

Any ideas on what to get?

Thank you very much

900 usd is roughly 770 euro

if you want the best performance for game right now, intel still has a upper hand, you can get a 8700k and have some fun with the oc.
however, if you want something more like a all rounder, 2700x is cheaper and i have suggested a build in the comments above.

is the budget in usd? does the budget includes the 2070? if yes.

i'll aim for $700 then, leaving you about 700 for a graphic card.

My budget is around 1300€, but I converted it to usd because I thought it's more universal.

And no, the budget does not include the 2070. Though I would appreciate it if there are some leftovers which I can use for the 2070 ( doesnt have to be the full $700 because I'll get some more money I can spend on it later this year.)

To sum it up : You can go as high as $800-$900 with the build.

which country are you purchasing from, the thing is that us price tends to be lower, so you may not get that price exactly.
