Thats a very sensible m-ATX build for someone who wont OC the processor .
I think the weak point is the case , but some off that is just my personal preference

Corsair 350D fit in your budget?

Here I have added a small SSD . The motherboard you have with an H(& chipset is capable of intels smart response technology . It uses a small ssd as a cache drive so you get almost all the advantages of a larger SSD . A little trickier to set up , but worth it . Instructions in your mb manual
