any improvements to this first build?

This build will be used for heavy gaming and video editing +rendering.And should be able to run any game on ultra.

Ok so that's basically a really expensive build I just created at random I would like to keep the budget at around 1500max (pounds)
So can you swap out parts that are overpriced or think are not worth getting as there are other parts that perform just as well but are cheaper.

for video editing and rendering the Core i7-3930K sounds better. You need also an ssd. Check out the system builder marathon articles:

But the I7 3930k is kinda expensive

you also get 2 more physical cores compared to the 3770k. it's basically an xeon processor desktop version that's why it's more expensive.

if you can afford it video editing is what could take advantage of the extra cores. if not the 3770k is a great cpu nonetheless. maybe pick the 4770k for the newer 1150 platform? price should be the same but easier to upgrade in the future. the 1155 is eol.
