Perhaps I should have been more clear...
What PRECISELY does the "5" in mean in 8.35? i.e., what exact Nanya 8GB die/rev type?
From the example you provided, 3.41 is Micron 16GB Rev B (or B die, though I understand "die" should be reserved to Samsung).
8.31 is presumed to be Nanya 8GB rev B
I found this thread on overclocking that looks to give a ton of info on Corsair Die versions etc https://www.reddit.com/r/overclocking/wiki/ram/ddr4 Corsair "Version Number" Corsair sticks identify the IC with a 'version number' on the label such as "ver 4.31" - props to them for this as it helps...

I PRESUME 3.41 is rev B, inferring from 3.31. However, 3.40 has also been observed in the wild to be Micron Rev B.
I'd be willing to do the same for the sticks I have, but inferring rev F from that 5 leads me to a brick wall.
