Any Information on the Predator X27 or ROG Swift PG27UQ?

I've been holding off on purchasing a monitor for the past four years and had my hopes fixed on something that will last for a decade. That would mean a holy grail of 144hz, IPS, 4k, and G-synch/Freesync. I finally found it in these two monitors, but I have not heard any news about them in a year.

Does anyone know anything about a potential release date or other simular monitors?

Both have been delayed to 2018 Q1. It seems like they are using the same panel so it is reasonable to think that AUO just can't figure out how mass produce them yet.
