Any inside news on Skylake mainstream platform in India

Does anyone have any idea when will the lower end I5 6400 be available along with the h170 boards in India , And how much it will increase Cost in comparison to a 4th gen similar build including Ram , Mobo .

skylake will be available in about a month in the USA, and it will probably hit india about another month after that.
