Any issues with this upgrade

I just got a Dell Optiplex 390 with a I5 2400 (used for £100) which I plan you use to replace my Phenom x 4 @ 3.6GHz are there any issues with using the dell motherboard it has a PCIE slot and is a standard form factor but only has a 4 pin motherboard power connector instead of 8. I am 99% sure there is no issues but just want to check. I have no idea what the motherboard is as there is nothing to indicate on it and dells site gives no info.

Other components
2 x 4Gb DDR3 1600 RAM
Radeon 6950 2Gb
2 x 500Gb SATA HDDs
Corsair 750W the TX one
Standardish no brand case but a good one (the dell one is to thin for a graphics card)

Components to be replaced
Asrock 880G Extreme 3
Phenom x 2 550BE Unlocked to 4 cores and @ 3.6GHz

I assume I will need to reinstall windows 7. Are there ant other issues & is there any reason to not use the Dell board
