hi guys im planning to buy this gtx 1650 from the marketplace but the owner dont know what brand this gpu is.. the owner said he got it from an office pc from his work and it got no box. if anyone tend to know what brand is this feel free to say it here. Thanks!

If the owner got it from an office PC, then it's an OEM card and without knowing who the PC manufacturer gets their graphics card from, there's no way of telling the BRAND (not manufacturer, @Phillip Corcoran )

Closest match I found was Gainward, but it had a different cooling shroud.

Yea, without knowing the OEM, it's hard to tell. That or maybe running it in a system, and using GPU-Z to verify it.

yes the owner confirmed it is from an acer pre built office pc and he sent me the gpu z and the subvendor is pcpartner.

im planning to buy this card is it any good?
