Are there any laptops that currently use the Intel Dualcore Atom processor? If so please list your finds here.

there are netbooks which use a dual core Turion though @ 1.2ghz, it costs $599 though.

You don't have a clue what you're talking about. The dual core atom has a TDP of 8W at 1.6GHz. This is tiny compared to most CPUs - the Turion takes far more. The reason that it hasn't been used is more because it is surprisingly expensive, and most people wouldn't pay the premium - it would be competing with CPUs such as the Core 2 Duo ULV line.
