Im wondering if there is a micro motherboard that supports ddr3 memory and also LGA 1151 cpu

Solution
Looks like it is all 100 series boards, do not expect kaby lake support out of the box. Might need a PC shop to update the bios to run a G4560. Just guessing you might be on a tight budget trying to reuse RAM. I3 6100, I5 6500, and I7 6700 will work without a bios update, though if the bios is updated a G4560 (if you can find them at MSRP $64), I3 7100 (rendered moot by the G4560), I5 7500, or I7 7700 will work. These are not overclocking boards, no Z chipset, no K chips.

DDR3L 1.35V is official, some boards can do DDR3 1.5V, I would not use any 1.65V and above ram in these boards as the IMC was built...

DDR3L 1.35V is official, some boards can do DDR3 1.5V, I would not use any 1.65V and above ram in these boards as the IMC was built for 1.2V DDR4, hence the intel recommended 1.35V DDR3L.

Thank you

Intel made Skylake for DDR4, but allows DDR3L 1.35V. Some board manufacturers have tested using DDR3 1.5V Is your DDR3 rated at 1.65V or above? I linked 7 boards on newegg and 5 open boxes micro atx with ddr3 support. Do none of these fit your needs? If you don't shop at newegg at least compare features to get the board model you like then hit amazon or whatever. Any of the 100 series boards can use 6th gen, and would probably have a bios for the 7th gen cpus. Though they might not be updated to boot straight to a kabylake out of the box.

$195 dollars and get back $30 in 6 to 8 weeks. This would allow you to reuse DDR3 1600 at 1.5V max. I would not trust 1.6V or higher RAM even if that has been tested. Probably need to keep the limit to 2 sticks.
