Any middle ground resolution?

Hi guys.
I was planing on buyng a 1440p 16:9 27" monitor (Asus pb 278q). Mainly because 1080p is kinda low for my standarts #firstworldproblems.
My question is is there any monitor with a middlegrownd resolution (between 1080p and 1440p) so i can have a denser ppi withou needing a beast gpu

Its either going to be 1080p or 1440p.

1920x1200 or 2560x1080.

well 1920:1080 is 16:10 aspect ratio witch i dont like
2560:1080 is 21:9 aspect ratio witch i like but it has the same ppi as a 1080p monitor only with more horizontal real estate.
