Any Mobo USB 3.0 ports working

Hello there. I am using a Gigabyte h110m-hd3 ddr3 motherboard and whenever I plug in something into those usb 3.0 ports, it isn´t recognized, but power is going through it since my mouse lits up. Drivers are up to date and mobo usb 2.0 are working perfectly fine. Any help is welcome.

is it a situation that started to happen recently or is a new build and never worked?

with the same device?

have you verified the system has installed driver for that port?

on the bios, are the usb 3 ports enabled?

Have you enabled Bios settings?

xHCI and EHCI Hand-off need to be enabled or the USB ports won't work at all.

they never worked. it is a recent build, from the beggining of this year. Yeah, every driver is up to date and in bios they are enabled

Did you check if the cables are properly connected? USB 2 and 3 have different connections, maybe they're mixed up...

Im a pretty decent PC builder xD I did not mix them up. This problem is such a pain in the ass *affff*

the mainboard is failing, the warranty is there for a reason
