My current pc-

i5 4690k, 8gb ram, msi z97 pc mate motherboard, corsair 650 watt psu, msi gtx 970 oc.

i want to upgrade to gtx 1070.
What other changes i have to make in my pc?

No changes needed as long as the PSU is not the Corsair CX, CS or VS. If it is one of these models I recommend you replace it
