Any more news about 680i boards?

Give 2-3 weeks for the other major mobo makers to come out with their 680i's...

Wonder exactly how the Azalia codec for the 680i is, I'm planning on using on-board sound so it kinda matters for me...

Actually Teaming is also a very very nice option that I especially enjoy, especially since we have an internal file-sharing network here at my university (WE ONLY SHARE NON-COPYRIGHTED INFO FOR ANY OF YOUR RIAA TYPES OUT THERE...) and this would be quite helpful especially when I try to help run the system...

Sounds good. I'll be on the hunt for some info. You cant find these boards anywhere. Trying to sell my PC for a small profit as we speak. Hopefully someone bites, cause then I can jump in.

They must be %^%^&ing joking. No one will pay $400 for that. It's a nice upgrade, but not a necessity. Geeeez. And the prices havent dropped anywhere? I think Asus went back to reconfig a few things after the EVGA release. Who knows. Supply and demand, just like you said. I mean, selling PS3s for $7000 on EBAY. What a joke.

Yeah, prices are fairly reasonable... waiting for the eVGA card with the ACS system though, that seems to be the best 8800GTX card out there right now. Will be out in a week or so.

We all win then don't we? You get your reviews in a somewhat timely fashion, and I get traffic. On a side note, we totally eclipsed the 10K hit mark. Thanks to all the visitors. You all deserve this :trophy:

Still curious to know how these boards OC, temps, volts etc.
The eVGA has proven more stable OCs than the Striker, this is mainly due to the horrible vdroop on the latter one.
For every board youll be paying an adopters price right now, and without BIOS revisions guarantee its not even a good idea. I'm still in the wait and see stage (and probably will be for a month more).
