Any new graphic card coming out soon?

I am planning to upgrade my Graphic card
my current system is:
XP2500
Asus A7N8X delux
2 x 80Giga harddrive
Ti4200 Winfast 64mb

I want to upgrade because I am playing Tomb raider AOD right now, but I get funny square.
I am thinking of getting Gigabyte 9600Xt, but I am worry that either ATI or nVidia could be releasing a new model in 3 to 4 months. Cause I bought mine Ti4200 3 months before the launch of 9700, it didn't feel good.

Any idea or suggestion?
