You have an amd cpu and an Intel based motherboard.. you either need to switch mainboard, or switch Cpu.. personally I would prefer cas 7 ddr3 1600 ram instead of cas 9. but that is personal preference.. I would get the 660ti over the 660 even th OC edition ( but that's me )

I'd personally recommend getting the Intel i3-3225 or the i5-3470 and then you can downgrade your motherboard to an Intel H77. If you post your budget that will help to suggest parts.
