Any one recommend any 5Ghz wifi adapters?

Atm only one thing is connected on 5Ghz on my router, my PC supports dual band but the current WiFi adapter in my PC only supports 2.5Ghz i only get 10 download speed on my computer whereas on my phone i get around 26 download speed, i need to get more than 10 download speed on my computer. can anyone recommend any WiFi adapters which will do this?

Im just trying to boost my speed on my computer to what it should be, my speed test on my phone gets up to 26 download speed, whereas a speed test on my computer only reaches 10/11 download speed if that...

We do have a USB wifi dongle in another computer but that only supports up to 2.5Ghz too, its this one;

I threw one of these in my wife's computer and it works great. External antennas can be very helpful in getting a strong wifi connection.

My pc is backed up into the wall close so the antennas are super close to the wall would this restrict my wifi?

I have one similar in the back of my PC with 2 antennas, but my PC is backed up on my desk right close to the wall and the antennas dont have much movement due to being close to the wall, maybe that is why my connection is so shit on my computer but there's nothing else i can do to fix that other than maybe getting a USB dongle instead and putting it in the front of the PC rather than the back?

So atm i only have a 2.5Ghz WiFi adapter which goes into the back of my PC, i only get around 10 Download speed atm, when my phone gets like 25 download speed, can anyone recommend any cheapish 5Ghz USB WiFi dongles which will increase my FPS on my computer from 10?

im just generally looking for one that i know is reliable and trustworthy to work.
