Any options to connect the monitor??

Hi guys! I have a question regarding a connection from my video card to my monitors. My specs are the following:

Sapphire 5850 Xtreme (DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort)
Acer X183H monitor (VGA)
Hannspree ST289MUB (VGA)

So basically I am trying to connect my pc to both monitors. Since I only have one DVI output on the video card I would like to know what my options are to connect the second monitor. I've read that there aren't affordable ways to convert HDMI or DisplayPort to VGA.

Do I really need a second monitor? No. But I definently want it! Any suggestions are appreciated!!

I really have no idea if this would work but I know you can get a HDMI to DVI adapter for pretty cheap, and then a DVI to VGA adapter....could probably give that a try for about $10, but I have a feeling it won't work. I know DVI had analog pins as well as digital, and I'm guessing HDMI is only digital. Anyone else back me up on this one?

There's passive Displayport to VGA adapaters.

By the way, don't do a double conversion as suggested above, it'll screw up the signal.
