Any other considerations? (Replacement for stock cooler[Budget])

I was seeing if there were any other cooling alternatives for my fx 8320. I'm right now going for a corsair h60. But before i might make the mistake of buying without looking at others, what else could be a consideration. It has to be a low profile/low noise alternative. I took in mind the CM 212 evo but that thing is just too big and bulky. I can spend around up to 100$. Don't want anything higher because I'm pretty sure more than that requires a cooler with more space consumption and i have a mid tower case.(NZXT Guardian 921)

Honestly the h60 is style over substance - its quite simply not that good a cooler.

Look at this ,smaller / more compact than the evo with slightly better performance.
