Any performance gains adding RX460 in crossfire?

Guys,

Will I get any performance gains adding an RX 460 4gb into crossfire with my R9 290x?

My daughter got a RX 480 for Christmas. So I was thinking of re-purposing her RX 460 4GB, adding it into Crossfire with my R9 290x 4GB.

Will they play nicely with each other, and will I get any performance gains from it?

Thoughts?

Depends on the game/CF drivers but TBH I wouldn't bother, CF/SLI drivers are less common then they used to be and I doubt if there is any increase that it will be worth it. I would sell 460 while it's worth something.
