[SOLVED] Any place to discuss Windows 365?

I saw Mr. Nadella singing the praises of Windows 365 yesterday. Is there any place to discuss it here or other places?
FWIW my initial opinion is that it is cloud based and has an annual charge that (1) would make it slow, and (2) would make it more expensive after the 2nd year and later fees kick in. Anybody else?

It is not aimed at the normal consumer user...you and I.
More like...a call center with 200 desks.

OK, thanks for the info. Maybe I missed a part of his interview, but in the interview I saw on Bloomberg TV he sure sounded to me like he was singing it's praises. No big deal since now I know it's not for the likes of you and me.
