Any PLX chip. or PEX chip M.2 nvme Adapter card not depedent on Motherboard BIOS pcie birufication?
I am planning to build a new desktop PC
for video editing rendering 3d architecture website designing development and streaming with CPU ryzen 7 2700x (zen2) or ryzen 5 3600 (3rd gen) with low end economical budgeted
mitherboard Asus tuf x570 gaming plus or gigabyte x570 gaming x with GPU GTX 1650 super.
Planning to get samsung 970 evo 1 tb m.2 gen3 -3 three drives and one 1 samung 980 evo 500gb m.2 gen drives and one WDD blue SATA HDD 4tb for storage and backup.
I started to build with Asus strix b450 F II or x470F but as in came across to know that pcie and m.2 slots lanes sharing and in b450 and x570 it locks disable or downgrade pcie slots or SATA slots. I thought to go for x570 motherboards to get pcie4.0x4 bandwith and more lanes.

But after searching I came across that in x570 there are only 2 or 3 slots pcie16_1 slot which work in pcie4.0x16 mode and pcie16_2 pcie4.0x8 lanes mode(with high end boards) and pcie16_4 pcie4.0x4 boards). I though to put the GPU GTX1650 super in pcie16_3 slot which in pcie4.0x4 equivalent to pcie3.0x8 mode and get Asus hyper m.2 x16 nvme gen4 card and put all three 3 samsung 970 evo m.2 drives in the card and it will work.
Then I came across to know about Motherboard hardware limitation of BIOS birufication of pcie16 slots and know that. There is an expensive PLX or PEX or broadcom chip in motherboard or adapter card which biruficate the pcie lanes signals electrotically and through bios settings. I came acroos a link of FAQ of Asus motherboards which specified that there is no x570 board which supports all 4 m.2 drive pcie birufication all x570 pcie 1 or 2 slits supports max only 2 drives from adapter card link given below
But while google search answer to a forum question i came across as in am4 motherboards only one asus x570 WS Pro Ace use the PLX chip through which it can biruficate slots pcie16_1x16 pcie16_2x8 and pcie16_3x8 lanes and pcie 3rd slot share lanes from m.2 and pcie1_3 slot specification link and manual page link species below

Then I founded any M.2 adapter card which is not dependent on pcie birufication that is GLOTRENDS 4-Bay M.2 NVME Adapter its a 3rdbgen card meaning it works in pcie3.0x4 bandwidth not with pcie4.0x4 but still good. But in details of support it work with Intel 299 399 chipset board.

Now my queries are:-
Q1. As Glotrends m.2 adapter card is a gen 3 (pcie3.0) card will it work in am4 MB asus prime x570 p pcie 4.0 slots without MB BIOS birufication support. Is there any adapter card like glotrends 4 bay which can work in am4 Asus prime x570- p without bios birufication and gave PLX OR PEX CHIP within the adapter card to biruficate the pcie lanes signals and work in gen4 (pcie4.0)
Q2. Is there any Asrock MSI or gigabyte or Asus affordable budgeted board with PLX or PEX or Broadcom chip for hadware electronically dependent ( not BIOS) pcie brufication within range of $250 exept Asus x570 Pro WS ace which have 3 pcie slots working in x16 or x8 lanes without CPU dependency means chipset dependent.
Q3. Main objective is to get six 6 m.2 slots (2 in motherboard and 4 in adapter card) working in full pcie4.0x4 lanes bandwidth mode with GPU GTX 1650 super in the second or third Pcie16_4.0x4 or pcie16_3.0x8 mode. Anyhow with any x470 ,x570 or b550 or b450 motherboard with a M.2 pcie adapter card not dependent on motherboard bios pcie birufication .
