Any potential problems with a Cooler Master V8 and a UD3R ?

Gonna be getting a Cooler Master V8 to cool my i7 but this thing looks like a monster. I am scared it may conflict with my ram slots or if it will even fit in my case. My case is an antec 300. Any of you guys with similiar setups note any problems?

From what I remember it's going to be a very tight fit. Depending on the motherboard, the memory slot closest to the cpu will be a problem. You won't be able to use a memory module with one of those fancy "tall" heat spreaders. You'll have to install standard height memory modules. Install the memory before you install the heatsink.
