That is kind of a broad question there. There really are no good prebuilts in the $1000 - $2000 range. You either build your own or you're compromised with what you have. How much are you looking to spend?

If companies sold products at a loss, they'd be out of business quickly. If you mean finding a prebuilt cheaper than building it yourself then yes, but at the expense of quality and upgradability.
