Any problems filling up the max RAM possible?

Does somebody have any experience/knowledge about MSI MS-7529 motherboard? I just want to know that, if i load 8gb of RAM in it, would there be any side effects? (screen freezing etc etc)

Don't see why it would. Worse case is it doesn't boot or the extra ram isn't recognized by the BIOS.

Maybe I'm looking at the wrong board, but doesn't that only have two slots for ram? It's DDR2 ram, so it's going to be very expensive to put 8 gigs in it.

Are you running a 64 bit operating system? You will need that in order to take advantage of that much memory. MSI doesn't list a memory maximum on their website, so you could run into issues.

@egilbe Yes, it does have 2 slots of DDR2
and to Maestro, im running at 32bit one and on the manual it said 8 gigabytes max
Well, im not even sure if i will run 8 gigs in it, i might go 4 or something, either way, thanks for your answers!

DDR2 is more expensive than DDR3 and a 32 bit OS won't use more than 4 gigs. Save your money
