I have an i7-4770 @ 3.4 in my old PC and plan on moving it over to this PC when I buy all the parts.

Is there any problems you see in this build?

I picked the MSI R9 390 over the GTX 970. (Apparently has better performance..?)

Is there anything else I would need to buy for the computer outside of this? (I already have Thermal Paste)

Yes.
You are paying more than necessary in motherboard and especially in the PSU.
A z97 chipset is only useful if processor can be overclocked, when it is a locked one ( like yours) a good H97 board is plenty for it.

For PSU, an EVGA G2 750W, which is currently one of the best PSUs out there is there for less than the PSU listed in the build.

A good 650w is enough for this build though.

Edit : IF EVGA PSU is not available at your location and price of corsair 760 is different and acceptable by you, you can buy it.

While yes this is a very solid build in itself you can save yourself a little bit of money by changing a couple of things around, also yes the R9 390 is better than the GTX 970 but it doesn't really shine until you go to 1440p or 144Mhz otherwise its kind of going to waste a little bit. Also there are new GPU coming out in the next couple of months so it maybe worth holding back a bit of money and getting a new GPU when they come out? maybe only use a GTX 960 for now which is still a good gpu and then buy a new GTX 1070 when it comes out. below is a build with a GTX 970 because I assume you are not on 1440p or 144Mhz yet.
