storage - Samsung SSD PM810 2.5 7mm 256GB ( from current pc) and 1 TB HDD

Old build- i5 3470, 8gb generic ram, Gigabyte GA h67n itx board, Evga 750 GPU, 450 watt bt evga PSU, Roswell mini tower.

Goal of this build is to speed 6-700 bucks to upgrade from the toaster I’ve been playing on. Wanting to play most things on high with 60+ FPS on 1080 smoothly.

I personally don't see any problem with the build in terms of compatibility. Although, your gpu does seem somewhat weak. For the same price point, if you were comfortable with buying used parts, you could buy a used GTX 1070 or even a GTX 1060 with way more processing power and not so much a bottleneck, I personally bought a used GTX 1070 SC on ebay and have had no problems. I'm not too sure if your motherboard will come with the bios update to support the Ryzen 3000 series since its a b-450, but if you still have your old desktop, you should be able to flash it to the newest version.

well let me take that back, it does seem that your ram speed is over what the motherboard you chosen supports, it would work, just caps your ram. You could get a B-550 chipset board for about the same price that will support your ryzen 3000 series cpu out of the box and will be able to support your ram.
