as of the announcement of the 1070 i have decided to upgrade my computer, just wandering if these new parts will be compatible with what I am keeping from my old build

what i want to upgrade to these

CPU-Intel Core i7-4790K
MB-ASUS Z97-A/USB 3.1 LGA 1150

My current specs
